As Colson Baker in the year of his birth, Machine Gun Kelly is a famous American artist who made a meteoric growth due to his unique music and style. Most well-known for his quick explosive lyrical flow which was also the source of his stage nickname Machine Gun Kelly, MGK started rapping while still in high school. He soon became a household name thanks to the release of numerous mixtapes. The stamp of approval was his debut mixtape, released in the year 2006. The mixtape was a hit with many people. His first mixtape, em>Stamp of Approval, gave MGK the push to launch on a music career. In the following years there were four more mixtapes. The career of the artist exploded in 2011 after he signed a deal for a record deal with Bad Boy, and Interscope Records. In the following year the album he released his debut Laces Up was released and received positive reviews from reviewers. Albums like Wild Boy, Invincible and Stereo were huge hits and were released on the US Billboard 200. General Admission was his next studio album. In October, 2015, the album came out the album debuted at Number. 4 on Billboard 200 as well as No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
